Processing Of Orders:

We pride our-self on superior customer service and understand that you want your items as soon as possible. To ensure your expectations are met, we aim to despatch all orders within one working day, if placed before 12pm.

If we are out of stock of a particular product on your order we will aim to inform you immediately and provide an estimated day of new stock arrival and updated delivery date. If your order is of an urgent nature please contact a member of the team via email, live chat facility, or telephone to ensure we have adequate stock levels.

Please note we do not ship to EU countries directly from the website due to the additional duties and taxes now in place following Brexit. If you wish to order from an EU country, please contact the support team via email or telephone on 0044 1282 613364 for a special delivery quote.

UK Mainland Delivery (not including Scottish Highlands):

We offer a free, express delivery service to all of our UK customers with orders above £50 via Parcelforce 24 and road haulage depending on shipment weight.

With DPD Next Day services you will receive a tracking number along with an exclusive 1-hour time slot for your delivery.

All orders weighing over 260kg will be delivered via road haulage on a pallet. If you can’t accept pallet deliveries please contact a member of the team before purchase.

For all UK offshore and Scottish Highlands locations we offer a tracked 2 working day service via parcelforce 48hr service.
